Sandro Mezzadra

The political scientist Sandro Mezzadra teaches the history of political ideas at the University of Bologna. His research focuses on the history of European constitutional law, citizenship, migration and post-colonialism. Mezzadra is a member of the Italian autonomist movement and an activist in the Fassanito network. Recently published: La condizione postcoloniale. Storia e politica nel presente globale, Ombre corte, Verona, 2008.
